For those of you who were at our March class, Dukkah was used on the North African Carrot Salad. Here is a recipe for a traditional Dukkah. It can be used on a wide variety of dishes such as rice, veggies, fish and meat! You can also use as a dipping sauce for breads. Dip bread first into olive oil, then into dukkah and enjoy!
On Mark's last visit to China he brought back this delicious and healthy breakfast salad. A bonus is it keeps well, so if you have leftovers, they are a good snack.
